For senior living placement professionals
Know South Florida's communities firsthand? Families need you.
A Move for Mom introduces families, mostly adult daughters looking for the right home for Mom, to one local professional who will sit with them, tour with them, and see them through move-in. If that's how you already work in Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade, we'd like to meet you.
What you get
Families in your service area
We match families to you by where their mother will live, so you work the communities you know.
One advisor per family
A family we introduce to you isn't sent to anyone else. You never race other advisors for the same call.
A profile page that works for you
Your own page on our site, linked from the city and county pages you serve, with your photo, story, and coverage area.
Families ready for real guidance
Our site tells families to expect a conversation, tours, and honest advice, so the families who reach you want exactly that.
Out-of-state families, too
Adult children who live far away come to us for video tours. You become their eyes and ears on the ground.
How you're paid
Clear, written terms before you sign. Model TBD
Our standards
Families trust us because every advisor works the same way. When you join, you agree to:
- Check every community's Florida license status before recommending it
- Give each family a short written disclosure before the first tour: your services, how you're paid, which communities you have agreements with, and their right to stop at any time
- Never refer a family to a community you own or have a financial interest in
- Never hold a family member's power of attorney or property
- Share a family's information with a community only after the family says yes
- Call and text only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the family's time zone, no more than three attempts a day, and stop the moment they ask
- Follow Florida law on referral fees, and tell us right away if a situation raises a question
Several of these standards go further than Florida requires today. Legal review before launch
Who we're looking for
- You live in, and help families find senior living in, Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade County
- You personally visit and re-visit the communities you recommend
- You'll tour with families in person, and by live video for families who live far away
- You stay with families through move-in, and check in afterward
- Experience placing families in senior living minimum TBD

Questions from placement professionals
Where are you recruiting?
South Florida only for now: Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. We're looking first in the cities with the most residents aged 65 and older, listed on this page.
How does payment work?
Final terms pending [One of: a set fee for each family we introduce, or a fee only when a family you're working with moves in.] You'll see the complete terms in writing before you sign anything.
Do I keep my existing agreements with communities?
Confirm with Glenn [Answer once the network agreement is drafted.]
Do I need a license?
Florida doesn't license senior placement or referral agencies today. We still ask about your experience, references, and insurance confirm requirements, and every advisor agrees to the standards on this page.
Is my service area exclusive?
Decide [Exclusive by ZIP code, or shared with round-robin routing.] Each family, however, is always matched with a single advisor.
